The short version: the TestivAI software runs on your machine and sends us nothing. This website uses Google Analytics and is served by Firebase Hosting, so those services see your visit. There are no accounts and no mailing list.
TestivAI is open-source software maintained by one developer, Budi Sugianto ("we", "us"). There is no company behind it, and the open-source software has no hosted service: it runs on your machine and sends us nothing. This policy covers the testiv.ai website and its documentation, and explains what the software does and does not do with your data.

The typefaces (Plus Jakarta Sans and Fira Code) are served from testiv.ai itself, so no font service sees your visit. We collect nothing else. There are no forms, accounts, or newsletter sign-ups. If you email us, we receive what you send.
Because the software runs locally, your screenshots and test data stay in the environment where you run it, unless you choose to send them somewhere yourself, for example to a hosted AI model. You are responsible for securing that environment.
This website uses Google Analytics and Firebase Hosting, as described above. Each handles data under Google's own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to anyone.

This website sets no authentication or session cookies; there is nothing to log in to. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies on the website only; you can block them in your browser settings or with any content blocker. The TestivAI software itself sets no cookies and sends nothing to us.
This website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us.
Google Analytics and Firebase Hosting may process website request data in the United States and other countries, under Google's safeguards for international transfers.
